# Hospitality Investment & Advisory – From Vision to Grand Opening
Thalasia Global Hospitality Investment Advisory (Thalasia) is a Singapore-based hospitality investment and advisory firm operating across Asia-Pacific, Europe, and Australia. Formed as a joint venture between Pure Hospitality— experienced hotel operators with a US$200 million hotel investment support track record in Southeast Asia—and Kosmas Group, specialists in cross-border capital structuring, Thalasia bridges the gap between project vision and financial close. From sourcing high-potential assets to structuring bespoke funding solutions, we guide hospitality projects from greenfield development to grand opening with precision and agility. See - [https://thalasia.global](https://thalasia.global/)
At Thalasia, we align operational excellence with intelligent capital strategies to deliver sustainable cash flow and long-term asset value in the world’s fastest-growing travel markets. Whether guiding development, rebranding, or repositioning, we provide a fully integrated platform that champions transparency, resilience, and performance-driven growth.
